About SynthFoam Re-Stucco System
The SynthFoam system is an application of sprayed polyurethane foam over the exterior of an existing building that needs its insulation layer, its air barrier layer, or both, brought up to standard.
The existing wall is prepared, and doors, windows, and sills are repaired or replaced where needed. The foam is sprayed over the wall, covered with a base coat, and finished with synthetic stucco.
In New Mexico the system has been used to renew old and degraded stucco and leave a finish that is fully adhered and very long lasting. Many of our projects are 10 to 20 years old, with no cracks or delamination, and have not yet been recoated.
