About Roof Repair and Maintenance
We repair and recoat existing spray foam roofs, including roofs installed by other contractors. Typical repairs are coating damage such as punctures and splits, blisters and loose areas, and flashings.
Our Maintenance and Inspection program is a yearly service. We inspect the roof, clean the drains and canales, repair coating damage, check every flashing, and send you an inspection report. Leak repair on the installed foam is free for as long as the agreement is maintained, and every repair carries a one-year warranty.
Elastomeric coating typically needs to be reapplied every 8 to 10 years. Recoating is quoted separately, and nothing beyond routine maintenance is done without your written approval.
