About Spray Foam New Roofing
A spray polyurethane foam (SPF) roof goes on as a liquid that expands and cures into one continuous, fully adhered layer. There are no seams, no laps, and no fasteners, so there is no joint for water to work into. The foam is finished with an elastomeric acrylic top coat that protects it from the sun.
We install SPF roofs on commercial, industrial, and residential buildings across New Mexico, over metal deck, built-up roofing, tongue and groove, and existing foam. Parapet walls, curbs, and penetrations are foamed and coated as part of the same surface.
Every new roof comes with our ten-year written warranty. You can also enroll the roof in our annual Maintenance and Inspection program, which includes free leak repair on the installed foam for as long as the agreement is maintained.
