“Shell System” – New Construction Assembly

 
The “Shell System” wall and ceiling assembly is an innovative arrangement of building components intended for use in the structures exterior walls or envelope surfaces. The “Shell System” was inspired by the need for a simple, but effective building assembly that can meet the demands of modern construction, by delivering superior performance and lowering costs. It utilizes only four building components but results in an assembly that is completely airtight, strong and highly insulative. “SynthFoam” System

The “SynthFoam” system is an application of Sprayed Polyurethane Foam (SPF) over the exterior of an existing building or stucture that requires an upgrade of the insulation layer and/or the air barrier layer. In New Mexico, the “SynthFoam” system has been used to renew old and degraded stucco wall systems and provide a finish that is fuly adhered and is very longlasting. There are many projects as old as 10 t0 20 years, and have no cracks or delaminations and as yet have not been re-coated. Review the project photos and please submit any questions to our sales team.
